Martin’s experience includes reimbursement, healthcare
finance, managed care contracting, strategic planning and marketing. Prior
to founding Technology Access Partners, Martin provided regional and national
reimbursement strategy for Medtronic, Inc. a world leader in the cardiac,
spinal and neurological medical device industry. In previous positions,
Martin has been responsible for managed care contracting and business
development at several New York hospitals. Martin’s responsibilities have
included strategic marketing planning and program development.
Irwin B. Katz, MPH Irwin served as Vice President at AmeriChoice, Inc. one of the nation’s largest privately held HMO’s. Previous to this he comes from a 25+ year career, holding senior executive management positions in academic medical centers and community hospitals both in New York City and Chicago. Irwin has extensive experience in business development, mergers, acquisitions and organizational integration.
Irwin has particular expertise in organizing new programs and services which require physician participation, either with their peers or joint ventures with other health care entities. Irwin earned a B.A. degree in Economics and Political Science from City College, City University of New York (CUNY) and an MPH in Health Services Administration from the Columbia University School of Public Health in New York.
Sharon Prager, OTR/L Sharon has over a decade of healthcare experience with an extensive background in reimbursement, healthcare finance, long term care and rehabilitation services. Sharon has held both clinical and executive positions in the hospital, long term care and rehabilitation industries. Sharon earned a B.S. degree in Occupational Therapy from New York University and maintains a license to practice Occupational Therapy in the State of New York
